Curriculum at Seahouses Middle School
At Seahouses Middle School pupils spend their first two years in Key Stage 2, before moving on to two years in Key Stage 3.
Both Key Stages follow the National Curriculum guidelines in all subject areas, enhancing the pupil’s learning by drawing upon the wealth of experience the whole staff has to offer. All staff make full use of the up-to–date training facilities offered by Northumberland Education Authority, and we currently have three lead teachers amongst our staff. Our aim to develop potential in all our pupils leads the staff to use a range of strategies which allow all pupils to access the curriculum.
