If your child struggles with a particular homework and it is clear they do not understand, then whoever is supervising the homework should write a note in the relevant book explaining this and sign it. Please do not spend an hour or more trying to sort it out for them – your child gets stressed and you probably get even more stressed! The problem can be put right in class.
