| X factor X factor is a music show on ITV1 every Saturday and Sunday. It includes auditions, boot camp, judge’s houses and the live finals. My favourite is auditions because it is funny when contestants go on and can’t sing. My favourite judge is Gary Barlow who always tells them if they’re terrible or not. People’s favourite is: Owen says, “Johnny Robinson.” Mark says, “Anyone that is a boy!” Lauren says, “Misha.” People’s favourite judge is: Lauren says “Kelly” Owen says “Gary” Mark says “Gary or Louie” Rated 8 out of 10 |
Johnny English Reborn Johnny English is amazing. It’s a funny movie about a spy who was put out of action but then got called back in for another mission. Johnny dies but gets REBORN. His best friend turns out to be an evil spy trying to kill the Chinese president. He ends up hitting his boss’s grandmother and the QUEEN. It’s an amazing film rated 9 out of 10 |

A: Why haven’t you given up when things get hard? J: Because I’ve learnt that when things get tough, it’s not the time to quit or give up, it’s an opportunity to get stuck in and try even harder to achieve what you want to. A to Jessica’s mum: Is the coach proud of what Jessica has done? Jessica’s mum: She has just moved up into a new group and the coach is very proud of her progress. A to a Dolphins coach: Which aspect of training do you like the best? Coach: When the kids behave and swim well. Fact file: Pool sizes Alnwick pool: 25m Old pools: 33m Other pools: 50m |

I interviewed two of the players, James (right back) and Andrew (mostly plays right midfield) to get their view of the club.
1. Me: Do you like the team?
James: Yes, but we could improve by marking opponents more tightly and giving them less space.
2. Me: How do you think the team is doing?
James: We’re 3rd in the league which is ok but we want to finish at least in the top two.
3. Me: What’s your best match?
James: My first ever game scored because I scored five goals and we won 17-2.
1. Me: Do you like the team?
Andrew: Yes, but we could do better with marking.
2. Me: How do you think the team is doing?
Andrew: Really good because we’ve won nearly every game.
3. Me: What’s your best match?
Andrew: In 2009 when I scored a goal. It was the first ever!
Thank you to James and Andrew for the interviews.
The Glendale league has been in existence for at least 15 years. I’ve been playing for five years and think it’s an amazing thing for people aged 6-14. It’s a good experience for young people trying to get a chance to be a professional.
