Paintballing is an enjoyable sport for adults and children. The first time I went paintballing, I went with my brother and two of his friends Scot and Jack.

When Ross asked me if I wanted the go to Delta Force in Ashington, I was hesitant at first  because when my dad and brothers come back from paint balling they have bruises bigger than tennis balls. Maybe because I'm good, luckily I didn’t get hit once.

There are eight courses and you spend 20 minutes on each one;  my favourite one is Terrorist Attack, but I also enjoyed Viet Cong Village.
At the beginning of the day you pick up  overalls, gloves and a helmet. You buy your paint balls at the beginning of the day or in the breaks between matches. If you are over 16 you can buy paint grenades, smoke bombs and stink bombs (you had to be over 16 because some children might not throw them in time and they could  go off in their hands).

There were lots of different teams, my team was orange and we were against whites. You stay with the same team throughout the day. It is strictly forbidden to take off  your helmet while you are in the shooting area.. If you do, you are not allowed to play another match.
